This place will sell you an ice cream cone and flake prepared and handed over by someone with bare hands ...the flake was pushed into the ice cream with thumb and fingers whilst the cone was being held by the other hand. It was then offered to me across the counter. I doubt most people would think this practice satisfactory even in safer pre Covid times. Shocking.
