An absolutely outstanding walk. I saw Red Squirrels, woodpeckers, a kingfisher, lamas, sheep, horses and 2 beautiful deer.. it took me past beautiful river scenery, Sandown beach, the cliff walk and from Shanklin through to Wroxall, past Appledurcomb house then through to the stunning fremantle gate, onwards to the beautiful picturesque village of Godshill. It needs to be seen to believe x

I love this walk, from my house its a 6mile round trip, if your lucky you see a squirrel if not plenty of other wild life to keep you on your toes. My dog love the walk and after that she sleeps for the rest of the evening.

Lovely walk only problem the cafe half way wasn't open. When we got to Wroxall there was nowhere for refreshments so we had to walk back to Shanklin to the Leafy Bean. Lovely scenery.
