Convenient location, helpful staff but literally nothing in half of the friges

They charged more and werent very nice. its a shame its the only one thats walkable for me.

The problem with Central is not the friendly staff but lack of management who dont want to get involved but to be fair i give this store 1 more stars more then the store in Ventnor who i had to give the minimum star rating of 1 as zero wasn't an option. I really hope a competent company like Tesco s or Coop buy out Central whos management dont give a damm

Only good thing I can say about this shop, is the staff are friendly and kind. THIS IS MENT TO BE A CONVENIENCE SHOP!!! No Milk - fridges don't work. Of course things like this happen. But this has been going on for weeks. No one thinks to buy a small fridge to put milk in, just so they can keep selling it. Its not just milk but that's the basics. So if you do manage to get milk..it will be off by the end of the day. Shelfs are mostly empty and have been for ages. They even closed for a day due to this. Local residents rely on this shop. Most are elderly and some don't drive. Can't work out if it's the owners who just can't be bothered to put the full order in( other shops are not as empty as this one). I don't think its bad management but bad ownership instead. I really do feel for Wroxall community. This is not exceptable. Would not recommend going here at all.
