        This is not about the mobility store itself. But is about the work shop! My father took a Drive self folding scooter in for a new linthium battery to be fitted. When it had been finished they didn't notify my dad. He rang and asked if it had been done. When he got there he asked for his charger.( As you couldn't fold it with out it before the new battery had been fitted.) They then said there was no charger given!! They then carried the conversation on by saying your wife Brought the scooter in with no charger!! This actually upset my dad as my mother had passed away over 2 yrs ago. With which the reply was oh I think that must be your charger over there!! When he got it home he checked it over sadly they had scratched the scooter quite badly on the front back and underneath. It went in in pristine condition. My dad is very particular and looks after his belongings. Needless to say he would never use them again. .

        I live in Norfolk and my sister lives in Royal Wootton Bassett so I relied on the Mobility Store to fix her up with a new mobility scooter that would suit her needs this they did for me and put a lot of effort into doing so I am very grateful for all their help Thanks 5*.
