Performing well under difficult circumstances, prescription didnt arrive from NHS trust and they did everything they could to sort it out for me. Clearly needs more funding yet the people who complain keep voting for less.

Appointment Times Pointless. Why do we live in a time where it is acceptable for an appointment time to mean absolutely nothing. Several times I have been given appointments, only to be seen a MINIMUM of 30 minutes after that time. Seriously, what's the point in giving out a time? How hard is it for such a profession to not be organized. If you consistently run 30mins late, give out appointment times with 30 minute gaps. Clients can make appointments on time so you should be able to see clients on time, simple.

I changed from another surgery to the Wroughton surgery a little while back, I'm so glad I did! This is far superior to what I was with. Better treatment, better staff and better doctors! Thankyou to all the team, especially my GP Dr. Paget.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Sharon the receptionist who was working yesterday afternoon . She went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my medication that had inadvertently been sent in the wrong dosage. She had it all sorted and even called me back to confirm this in less than an hour . Thank you so much ,you are amazing as are all the team at the surgery and pharmacy too. Many thanks Pauline.
