I've been going here for a few years for regular six monthly cleans & checkups. Dr. Pakzad is fabulous, he's friendly, helpful, a good communicator (new to me in my experience of dentists) and well priced. He offers two options for payment systems, I chose the cheaper version as I pay myself. Never been disappointed. It means occasionally I have been referred to NHS, but that's no difficulty as the service I've had from this practice have more than impressed me. The lady on reception is friendly, helpful & always professional and happy. I 100% recommend this practice to others.

I avoided the dentist for nearly 5 years. That was a mistake because it completely ruined my new year! I had excruciating toothache that felt like someone was driving a red hot poker into my gum and giving it whack every now and then for good measure. I couldn't sleep and I had to pour freezing water onto my tooth every 10 seconds to stop me writhing in fits of agony. This all started the weekend after christmas and as you can imagine finding a dental practice that was open between christmas and new year was akin to the old needle in a haystack adage. It was impossible. I went to the NHS emergency dentist in chippenham. My bum had barely touched the chair and he poked my tooth and said I had an infection. He sent me packing with a prescription. The whole thing lasted less than a minute I'm sure. Needless to say my "infection" never cleared up and I was left unable to sleep for the following 4 nights. I was so tired and in so much pain that I began hallucinating. My biggest fear at this point was running out of freezing water, I found myself running to the fridge as I was getting towards the end of my water bottle. Anyway, fastforward to the 2nd January and I made a call to Dr Pakzad in wroughton dental practice. He saw me that very same morning and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. My pain was finally over and the treatment i have received over the past month with my root canal and crown has been exemplary. Dr Pakzad is the genie of dental surgeons. He is a miracle worker and I will continue to use his exceptional practice until the day I die, or move away. In which case I hope he'll pack up shop and move wherever I do! Thank you Dr!

OUTSTANDING PATIENT CARE AND SERVICE - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! This dentist is superb, he is very gentle & kind & explains everything in detail, including any aftercare instructions that are required. He always reccomends what's best for you, even if that means that he carries out less procedures & therefore gets less money, to me that is the mark of a true professional. A friend of mine is terrified of the dentist & even she happily goes along to this practice now because he is so understanding of people who are nervous or scared & does his upmost to do whatever makes you feel comfortable. I started going to this dental practice after it was recommended to me by a lady that used to live in the local area, she now lives in Liverpool & still travels to Wroughton to this day. The receptionist is lovely & so is the dental nurse. The practice also has extremely high hygiene processes in place. It's a private practice however the prices are very reasonable, a check up, scale & polish aren't that much more than you'd pay at an NHS dental practice.
