I feel very fortunate to have found Blue Screen IT Support. I called Joe to tell him about the two problems I was having with my PC and when he visited he solved the first problem within minutes. The second problem would have been a lot worse had I not saved all the info to iDrive. Joe diagnosed that my very old, desktop EHD had 'died' - something which I had feared - but once I'd bought a new memory stick via the internet, Joe came back and downloaded all I needed from iDrive. He kept in touch until he was sure I was confident in using the new stick and that I was able to find all the software and files that I needed to use. He is confident, cheerful and friendly and at no time did I feel patronised. I whole heartedly recommend Blue Screen IT Support and will always seek Joe's help with any further PC/iPad problems.
