Parcel never showed up!! Currently on day 3 of a promised delivery and just like the 2 days prior. No delivery. They are now not answering g their phones!!!!

Would give no stars if I could! We have dealt with logistics companies since 2003 and never have we come across such an unprofessional depot. They lie about where the pallets are when they havent even been loaded onto a van! Telling you the driver is five minutes away when they know its still at the depot. They pretend that they have booked in deliveries when they havent even called the end customer. Avoid at all costs absolute shambles of a logistics company!

Awful customer service, said they were going to deliver on multiple occasions and never did. Furnished them with all they could need to deliver, but no... After a month I hired a van and collected it myself!!! Never use! My story rings very similar to other reviews.

They were subcontracted to deliver my flooring however they faked a signature and delivered it in 1 minute flat apparently. (18 boxes of wood flooring) It never arrived, and I had to fight my case with the flooring company to prove I didn't receive it! Why bother running a delivery service if you can't even deliver the goods.... It's very unprofessional to fake deliveries.

I had a pallet to be delivered, didnt get an email to say the time or anything. My husband wasnt home, so I asked the driver to put it in my back garden for me, as Im pregnant, he refuse. I asked him to put it on the driveway for me, his response was no I cannot, curbside drop off only, report me to my company if you want, is that the way to speak to someone. Now it was left on The road side between two cars, and my husband wont be home until midnight. Now what am I suppose to do. The item weighs over 100lb. How am I 8 months pregnant is suppose to lift this thing. Very unsatisfying, no customer service.
