        I have used Damian for over 20 years after he restored my faith in rug cleaners. All my rugs have come back looking brand new, even one that I thought was beyond repair ! Quick, efficient, professional service.

        BEWARE! This company changed ownership! The previous owners were fantastic and I was a loyal customer for many years. The new owners I do not recommend. The rugs do not come back as clean as they used to and they have caused considerable damage to one of my liner rugs and have not apologised, nor have they offered to repair it, instead told me its in their terms and conditions that they do not accept any liability for any damages. I was already disappointed in the lack of quality of the clean under the new owners, but now also shocked at their poor customer service. Having posted this on social media already, Ive had a strong response of other people who have experienced the same bad service. Another customer also had their rug ripped by Damians team and he didnt even respond when she complained.
