        The contract price of a second-hand printer was 110 per month. The settlement figure to end the contract as the printer doesn't work correctly anymore is 8,725.23 plus VAT. You must be VERY careful when entering into an agreement with Black Box. Rather than reducing the amount for early settlement, I make the settlement figure an increase of over 100%. The value of the printer I have, new retails at around 2,800 plus VAT. The total I will have paid for the printer at the end of the term will be 15,315.83! This figure, however, does include the cost of print and toner (Not delivery of the toner, which is 10 per time) and this does include maintenance. However, the print cost goes up every year, which started at 0.50p for mono and 4.50p for colour and in the fourth year, the price increased to 0.760p for mono and 6.844p for colour.
