        Had Luke waiting on me and my friend he was lovely so polite and well mannered our experience was amazing definitely be rebooking again all staff at the ugly duckling where amazing but definitely 5 stars for Luke thank you all again for a wonderful afternoon. Food & drinks: Food was like very and cocktails amazing

        We walk in and see the managers son with his feet up on the table. Me and my children dine out here at The Ugly Duckling a good few times a month and even though the food and cocktails are lovely, this shocked me. I spoke to the manager about her teenage sons behaviour and she seemed angry then went on to be passive aggressive with her staff members. Dont think well be dining here again after this experience.
