Made the order on Sunday with a 3-5 days delivery, called Tuesday am to inform you that the roads are narrow. I have been told by your employees that it will be delivered that Tuesday am which was surprising to me, then I had to leave the job I was at to make sure I will be there to get the delivery. Waited for 3 hours, the driver text me at 11am that he will deliver between 10am and 12pm. He called to say that he is 20 min away, after 45 min I called your office to see where the drive was and I have been informed by your employees that he turned around. Who is going to pay for the hours I waited to get the deliver that should have been delivered at the end of the week?
Then I was told I will be contacted to tell me another day that will be delivered, after a few days I had to call you guys to find out when my order will be delivered.
Your employees kept using this excuse like you just wrote in your reply that I haven't informed you about the narrow roads but the driver told me that they had to deliver in the big one because the small one broken down.
Why was the order delivered on Tuesday and I was not informed on Monday?
Why did the order was not delivered within 3-5 days and was delivered after 10 days.
Why did I always had to call to find out information?
When the driver turned around on Tuesday am why didn't he called me straight away to let me know?
