I started using Wilsons Care 12 months ago and I don't think my move to living independently would have been the great success it is without the support they give, all the lovely girls that come twice a day are very professional always happy and smiling and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They always ask if there is anything else you need before they leave. Thank you Scott and team for being the perfect care agency.

Wilsons have provided amazing live in care to my elderly Grandma, nothing is too much trouble for their carers. They have gone above and beyond, helping her to be comfortable in her home during her old age. Lesley took time to understand our requirements, before suggesting a few trusted carers and matching us with a great fit. I would recommend their live in care services to anyone across Chelmsford needing support for their vulnerable loved ones.

My family have employed Wilson's to care for my elderly parents who are in their 90's since 2021. My parents still live in their own flat in their village and this is only possible due to Wilson's outstanding care service. Wilson's have show great diligence and flexibility looking after Mum and Dad. They keep us fully informed at all times on changes to our parents needs and have responded to the inevitable emergencies with thoughtful appropriate actions. We all feel that Wilson's provide an exemplary support and care service and they give all of us, parents and offspring alike, great peace of mind.

(Reviewing on behalf of a family member, who says:) I have been meaning to write a review for quite some time (I am not in the habit of doing reviews), but I have to say that Wilsons Care have been absolutely wonderful in the care of an elderly relation. All the carers are warm, friendly, professional, always very helpful, adaptable in the face of changing circumstances, with impeccable timekeeping, and have built up an extremely good relationship with mum and her partner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
