This is the 4th or 5th time I have been left without my medication!! I was told by The Pharmacy that there was an issue with my contraception pill at the time of ordering my medication. I contacted the GP reception and she booked me in for a medical review about a week ago. All sorted or so I thought. Go to get my medication on Saturday from The Village Pharmacy who inform me there's an issue with some other medication I ordered and that The GP Surgery have not issued a prescription and they have no idea why and I am left without my meds AGAIN!!! Having to take time off of work on a Monday to try to get through to a human being to find out once again what the issue is..beyond exasperated and the most ironic thing about it is stress is a trigger and can bring on an attack which is why I need my meds. Why is issuing medication such an issue? I've no idea because I can't get through to The Surgery..aaagghhh 21.4.23 Same thing has happened again. I have the medical review and was told my prescription would be ready to collect. I have phoned the pharmacy and the medication is not there. I am having a knee operation on Monday and am no longer mobile. Can The Practice Manager please call me and let me know how I can go about collection my mini pill. I've actually lost count of the amount of times this has happened now... J. GENTLE
