Bylake boarding kennels and cattery

We've been using Bylake for years for both cats and dogs. Very clean kennels with helpful, friendly staff. Recommended

We have used the Cattery many times in the past but last week we had a booking for our cat for the weekend On arrival two council officials were present and as we were being booked in the owner appeared and told us he was closed and couldnt take our cat !! No notice - we were left trying to find an alternative within half an hour of leaving for our holiday .This would have been a nightmare if we had had a plane to catch fortunately we didnt I couldnt believe it we wont be using them again !!

Cosmo had never been to a kennel, but bylakes were recommended. Stayed 3 nights. Took him about 24 hours to settle and was off food, but I was kept updated when I called and by time he was picked up he was familiar with it all. Cosmo slipped straight back into our normal routine when back. Vero pleased and aside of recommending, we will defo use Bylakes next time!

The dogs love going to Bylakes and you can see how happy they are to see the staff. That speaks volumes. We have gone to flash kennels and paid fortunes in the past for average service but Bylakes have always been reasonably priced, caring and flexible. Peanut and Bobby send paws and hugs too x
