Are these a genuine car hire people? My friend inquired in the week I called this morning to confirm and pay. They took all personal details including bank addresse national Insurance number. Then called me rudely to say they had changed their mind about my car hire. When I asked if they could tell me why, they said they just had. Im Wondering if they still gona take a chunk out my bank at a later date. All seems a bit scammy. Called another hire company under different name and it was them as well Looking at other reviews and after posting on Facebook seems I was lucky to have my cancelled. Have no other car now after making work commitments and will Take 2 buses and. A train to collect my child Saturday. Thanks.

We are absolutely delighted with their friendly, straight-forward, personal, can-do approach. They make everything really stress-free and are always responsive and accommodating. This is the 2nd time we have rented from this company and we will rent from them again.

Five stars, although the cars are older, it did the job, drove to Devon, lovely car to drive, breakdown was included in the price. A lot cheaper than other hire car companies. Would definitely recommend.
