Hmm interesting.. bp rewards....... what for share holders... waste of time... no bonus points ... so how many thousands of pounds do I need to spend to get 5 off... Not worth my effort to work it out.. but 1 point per liter... hmmm Waste of time. But nice staff in the garage

Not a good experience this morning. Tried to go and fill up with fuel, a gentleman was on the forecourt directing vehicles as there was a lorry there for a delivery of M&S goods. He kept saying that I could park in any bay that I wanted once the lorry had gone, I explained three times that I didnt want to park in a bay, that I wanted fuel and three times he kept saying I could park in a bay! When people are busy and trying to get to work they shouldnt be messed around by someone that seems to have no idea what youre saying to them. There were pumps available so BP have now lost a sale as I went elsewhere. This is my local and usual filling station and is usually very good, I have to say that youve just let down a regular customer and that you must do better.
