At first it was very promising service from MFS with the installation of our alarm. However. The alarm was fitted, and they put the digidialler in a position where it didnt get any signal and wouldnt work. So they came back and drilled a big hole in the wall, and fitted it to the exterior of the building. The engineer, then left a huge hole in the wall and left. This then took a while to get sorted out, but all was okay after that. We contested an large invoice due to the dialler not working, and felt it wasnt our fault as we dont touch the hardware. Rather than talking to us, and trying to sort the problem. I have an email from Mandip regarding this invoice, and outlining in his email that he is being sarcastic about my 3 star rating i gave them at the beginning of the contract as they were very slow with communicating Rather than anyone getting in touch from MFS to see why only the 3 star rating regarding poor communication, Mandip has now used as an excuse to completely Terminate our service with them. Far from impressed with his very unprofessionally styled email, and lack of care for the customer to get an issue sorted. Certainly will not be recommending to anyone

We were very pleased with the service provided by MAT Fire and Security. They arrived promptly, completing the job both competently and efficiently. Thank you Mark and Charlie.

Despite previous review, I was very happy with the service I received from MFS Fire & Security Systems. The engineers were respectful and polite. The work was completed to a high standard. I would definitely recommend.
