Following spinal surgery last October for slipped & herniated discs which I had been in sheer agony with for months, I attended physio with Alex. At the time I was still in a lot of pain recovering from surgery, my back & left leg were very weak having been unable to use them for months. Alex had a copy of my neurosurgeon report & MRI scan & has been giving me a very carefully controlled excercise plan, changing slowly over the weeks as appropriate to my capabilities, sometimes adding or taking away exercises depending on how I was managing. Im now far better than I ever imagined, off all pain relief, regaining strength in my leg & back, I cannot thank Alex enough for picking up where my brilliant neurosurgeon stopped, it is no exaggeration to say at one point I wondered if I would ever walk again. Alex is a lovely kind, very knowledgeable physio who continues to help me enormously. Thank you so much Alex.

I have chronic back pain following three spinal surgeries. I used to be desperate for paraspinal, epidural injection every six months. Since Ive started attending Summit physiotherapist at Wrightington country club I have not had any injections. I haveI go for regular treatments.sometimes weekly and sometimes once a month I am an active 75 years old and do a lot of hiking and walking on a regular basis.I am not sure if I would have such an active and a positive attitude to my life style if I couldnt rely on the support and treatment advice I get from Laura Taylor at Summit Physiotherapy department. I recommend my friends to attend for any advice or treatment and theyve all been very impressed.

I called Summit Physiotherapy as I'd injured my right arm and had made it considerably worse by exercising it and was in pain and discomfort. An appointment slot was available that evening and I had a consultation with Alex, at the Wrightington Clinic, who gave me a very comprehensive assessment and quickly diagnosed my problem (Tennis Elbow). Alex manipulated/massaged the affected area which provided immediate relief from the pain and discomfort I'd been experiencing. Alex also gave me a treatment plan (an online copy emailed to me straight away) and advice and guidance which have really aided/accelerated my recovery. I was uncertain whether I needed physiotherapy, however, I was pleased afterwards and felt it was good value for money. I will certainly recommend Summit Physiotherapy to friends and family.
