(CT scan) I had a disappointing experience at this hospital when it came to blood drawing. Despite multiple attempts, the healthcare professionals struggled to locate a vein and the procedure was ultimately uncomfortable and unsuccessful. I hope that the hospital will improve its blood drawing techniques in the future to ensure a better patient experience.

Absolutley awful hospital atleast the a&e stuff are. Went in with suspected temporal arthritis, bloods taken and told I'd be given pain killers to help manage the pain but a Dr would be 3 hours . Cut to 4 hours later , no one bothered to give me pain killers , just kept asking if I'd recieved any and saying " oh sorry " when told no ... and I still didn't recieve any. Then told it'll be another 7 hours before a Dr could see me . So I had to come home due to the noise causing crippling pain and no one offering pain relief. Keep in mind temporal arthritis can cause strokes , blindness or death , and as their receptionist admitted should of been treated as a priority . Yet here I am at home having recieved no help . And let's not talk even twlk about the security who let mentally ill patients Walk around threatening peoople and do nothing but laugh about it . Truly awful hospital.

Sick to death of finding cars parked in disabled bays with no blue badge on display, despite it being a requirement to park in them. It's about time the hospital got their parking management company to start enforcing the rules and giving penalty notices to those that break the rules.
