Andrew has been a pleasure to work with on our Garage Conversion project. I've used other architects for past projects, contacted other architects for quotes and by far my experience with Andrew has been the best! From the initial visits all the way to receiving local authority approvals, Andrew ensures he explains everything in simple digestible terminology and is methodical in his approach. Pricing: I found Andrew's pricing to be very transparent, competitive and every stage was explained clearly upfront. Plans: Andrew provided very detailed plans, that enabled me to obtain accurate quotes from various builders and even do my own research for materials required. Support: I've reached out to Andrew many times to ask questions, advice and alternative approaches - each time Andrew is very clear and prompt in his responses and for me this sets him apart from other architects. Would I recommend? As a client, you're at the mercy of the local authority & builders, so having a good architect (& sounding board) is imperative to achieving your desired outcome. I would totally recommend APK for your home project - you'll be in safe hands!

I cant recommend Andrew enough. He made what wouldve been an otherwise complex, arduous task manageable and stress free. He problem solved every hurdle and explained in laymans terms so I was clear on every step of the process.

Andrew was amazing, we have secured 2 sets of complex planning approvals through a lengthy process of dealing with various council departments, but we achieved everything we set out to do and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Andrew was also very friendly, professional and easy to work with.

I found Andrew's details through a search of a local Facebook group as this was a first venture for us. From the moment he visited site, his approach and communication was spot on. I felt very comfortable with his suggestions and recommendations. His pricing, compared to others I found, was competitive and his work ethic clearly of a good standard. Nothing seemed too much trouble and everything completed swiftly. More than 1 builder we obtained a quote from commented on the high detail of the drawings we submitted. Ultimately I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and would gladly use his services again in the future.
