Awful, complaints department ignore all emails. Can't get any responses on tickets.. stay away!!

I would give Nasstar a wide berth for anyone considering them as a managed service provider for IT services. The company consistently fails to deliver on projects, a current migration project signed in March 2021 is still not complete in October 2022. Support tickets from January this year are still outstanding. I cannot wait to move from Nasstar but unfortunately we're tied into a lengthy contract. Take my advice - avoid Nasstar MSP.

Im was employed with them as GCI, i had no issues except the office move to Leeds from Wakefield. Not a great company to work for by all accounts.
