Had my 2nd treatment with Sarah this afternoon. Totally relaxed, didn't want to get back to the real world afterwards. She managed to find all my niggley bits and put my mind in balance to deal with the craziness that is life. I recommend anyone thinking about booking a treatment with her, please don't hesitate because she knows what she is doing and is there to help you. After 5 sleepless nights with a terrible pain and limited mobility in my neck and a referral to physio from my GP, I contacted Sarah to see if she could help me in the interim. Sarah fitted me in the very next day and got to working her magic! A hot stone massage into the affected area, followed by a reflexology treatment has genuinely helped me so much! I left Sarah's beautiful treatment room feeling like a different person to the one I walked in as! It's now two days later and I'm continuing to feel the benefits, the throbbing pain hasn't come back and I can actually turn my head enough to get back to my normal routine! I had the most delightful full body massage by Sarah. She was very easy to speak to, professional and very knowledgeable. The whole experience was lovely and just what I needed to totally relax. Ill definitely be back, highly recommend!
