Physio at the Lodge Ltd

This is our first visit for a bike fit and we both learnt so much about how we have been riding and how our bikes set up. Also taken away so much information about how we can improve our activities. Highly recommend

I had been suffering with lower back pain for nearly 12 months and sought treatment from my usual Chiropractor and then from another Physio all to no avail. My condition worsened to the point of constant sciatica and not a single nights constant sleep. I came across Physio at the Lodge and IDD Therapy. After initial consultation and then Richard recommending IDD Therapy I can honestly say that I felt an improvement immediately after my first session and then consistent improvement after each session. I am so grateful to Richard and all his team for the treatment and care they provided and would have no hesitation in recommending his practice. I am in Chronic pain all over my body. First male physio went to wasn't good. Changed to Joanne who does acupuncture. Reduces my pain dramatically. My neck has stopped cracking soo much now I have acupuncture in the neck and helps my bulging vertebrae pain in my lower back. You have to find a physio that suits your needs but when you do should and do get less pain.
