I had braised belly pork, the underside was like leather and the top very odd really, hard to describe, like a thin paste? Came with a strip of crackling which was black and tasted like i had put bbq ashes in my mouth? Crispy because it was burnt to a crisp! and smelt of burnt a lot too, mash had a dry skin on it.
I didn't bother complaining as i dont see the point when everything is soooo bad, just give a wide berth in future, one of our party did mention the soggy salad though and it was taken from the bill.
