Really good customer service. A short wait but friendly and prompt after I'd sent them an email. Informed of all stock pending. Good prices - hence perhaps occasional supply problems but that's what you get. When items arrived they were of perfectly good quality.

Ordered a number of times from here and always had a good experience. A recent order was delayed but i was informed of the delay and my items arrived earlier then I expected.

Avoid this company if ordering from outside the Uk. Disaster ordering from this company from start to finish. I made a very large school order, half of which had to be refunded due to multiple failed deliveries and out of stock goods. Took me nearly 2 and a half months to get refunds sorted, even at that with customs and exchange rates I lost a lot of money. It was such a lengthly process back and forth to get the outcome of refunded money sorted.

I found this online store when searching for equipment for making candles (beakers, pipettes, apron etc.). The website has a huge range and I found almost everything I wanted. A few website bugs - my basket emptied itself right at the end and I had to re-add everything and the VAT toggle button didn't seem to work. Delivery was quick, and everything well packaged. There were a couple of issues with the order but this was dealt with very quickly. I've used a few of the bits I ordered, and so far so good. I'd order from here again.
