Paid for an end of tenancy clean and it was awful. Cobwebs left on lights and pet hair left along skirting boards. Cleaning had been done but some real basics were missed and the house just wasn't clean. This was so bad our landlord ended up charging us an extra 120 to finish the job. We were offered a 25 refund when we complained but not a scratch on the 260 we had paid. Kitchen and bathroom were both clean, but not to a high standard.

I telephoned number on website and a female voice answered with just a 'hello' not in a business manner I then had to confirm I had the correct number. She had no idea where the area I wish to discuss even though it was only 8 mile from the Nantwich office. Which tells me the contact number is out of the area. Beware of fancy websites they tell a different story.
