All the vehicle are kept in good condition. Staff are very helpful in booking also in breakdown. I use this company for last five years.

Beware. Very aware. Take someone with you to pick up a van. Someone that can quickly look at a van and spot small cracks in screens and dents in panel work. Include wheels and tyres in your inspection. Wheel trim scuffs will get you a bill so check them. Oh and check the roof for dents along with the underside. Unless you do and inform them of all the problems you will be made to pay on its return. No amount of reasoning will stop them charging you. Van I collected had the rear left door pushed in and the right hand rear indicator lens cracked along with a host of other damage which they had not noted. When pointed out these problems were added to North Gates hand over sheet with a bit of embarrassment. When you take the vehicle back have it checked over by a body shop before taking it back as they will charge you for even the smallest thing. Don't rely on their 50mm dent statement because if there's any distortion between dents they will class it as one. Person inspecting vehicle on return tells you he lists everything then someone checks it to specification afterwards which is not true. No cold repairs are done by them so if there's a problem you will be charged to have the part removed and repainted even if it could have a paintless dent repair done. Your deposit will be held and so difficult to get back off them so allow for e-mails and phone calls to get it back. I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned from 07/10/22. Todays excuse for not paying is that the person who does that is not in till tomorrow. Last excuse was that invoices had been added to my account since the return of the vehicle RAC attendance for missing keys and repairs. Even with assurances that it will be done tomorrow and some one will ring you back don't take it for granted that will happen. I pity the big firms that send vans back with a driver that's probably never been in the van because they cant argue on your behalf. While I don't suggest that Northgate pick up the bill for your damage I do think the system they use is poor. There are far better companies out there. I know I wont ever use them again nor will I recommend them in any way.
