The most unprofessional time wasting company I have ever experienced, very strange behaviour indeed. We received a visit to measure and look at the work required, and informed we would receive a quote by the end of the week, after two weeks we chased the quote and received no response so chased again, received no apology or the slightest acknowledgement about the delay and lack of communication but were promised the quote would be sent out in a couple of days and have heard nothing since. We had heard negative comments previously about this company but to our regret did not take them seriously.
