        I had my account suspended in the past and then I messaged blue light card on Facebook messenger and got a faster response then email and they have solved my issue thank you so much

        Absolutely awful customer service, I was locked out of my account months ago no response to service ticket. Used every social media format too try and make contact and eventually managed to get a response on Facebook which took weeks to resolve as everytime you reply you goto the bottom of the list. Not the service I would expect for such a big name!!!
