I cannot recommend Cymbiosis highly enough. Wonderful location, easy parking, friendly, accomodating and highly knowledable staff. You will get expert service and honest advice with a no pressure sales approach. I drove a 4 hour round trip to get my newly aquired LP12 upgraded, spent a lovely morning with Peter who could not have been any more friendly and helpful. I also had a crash course in LP12 history and functionality which completely demystified the deck for me, I now feel 100% in tune with it and where I may want to take it to in the future. Although it sounds so amazing now they may have to wait a while for my return. If you want anything hifi related just go you will not be dissapointed.

Outstanding extremely helpful nothing is problem take as time as need on a demo highly recommended which helps as going to a order soon.
