I'll start with a negative, our steaks, one being a fillet and mine being a ribeye, when asked to be cooked medium rare came to the table as well done. I pointed this out to the waiter, who immediately apologised and offered another steak for us. We declined the offer as we had already started eating and didn't want to wait for another dinner. The water went back to the kitchen where I heard him telling the chef, this is exactly as I would have hoped for. We were offered free desserts and a reduction on our bill to make up for the error. Whilst I can't speak of the quality of the steak, I can speak of the quality of the service, I'm prepared to give the Grapes a second chance because of this and hence my three stars. No one is exempt from making mistakes.
