        Just completed my couch to 5k with Sarah at Dog & Running Co. Amazing experience. The best Canicross trainer for you and your dog. Canicross is a fantastic activity to enjoy. Never run before but Sarah supported me and my dog the whole way. She is an incredible person and I'm so grateful to her. Would recommend this to everyone who wants to get active with their dog; the rewards are incredible. Thank you so much.
