Shocking service!! Was told by 3 different members of the team that a consignment would be delivered and after wasting time and fuel travelling to the self storage site to receive the delivery, surprise surprise it did not arrive. The tracking system doesnt work and the staff clearly have no customer service skills to actually phone a customer back with an update, instead its the customer who has to contact an out of hours number to then be told its not being delivered today. Only person who did anything of use was Scott, the rest of the team need a wake up call, making a customer wait until 7pm when a delivery should have arrived at 3:30pm just isnt good enough.

So ordered some stone 800 worth and Kime are the haulers delivering it. Picked a delivery date and booked the day off work as I want to be here when it comes so I can check it, we also our fence line is directly on the road so did not want it dropped and blocking the roads as there previous driver was going to. So here I am on the day of delivery waiting all day with no call, message or email and then at gone 3pm I get a call to say the delivery is delayed and I will get the delivery tomorrow at some point. So I said no thats not acceptable, you surely have a schedule so I need it today. Once again told it will come tomorrow. I said I cant have it tomorrow as I am back at work and no one will be here to check the delivery or where it will be dropped. The phone goes silent as I was waiting for the guy to give me more options, but he says nothing. Also I had booked electricians and plumbers for tomorrow as they need to round cables and plumbing through the feature that is being built. So I have lost a days money and I have to cancel two tradesman that I will have to pay for and still have no idea when my stone will be delivered. The tradesman where booked in over a week ago when I ordered the stone so they will have to be re booked as well. Customer service is everything and by letting me down you have cost three people a lot of money in lost earnings and the work to go out of time. Poor poor customer service

What an absolute joke, they should have delivered Friday its now Tuesday and no delivery , excuse and lie after lie, 5 days wasted waiting in loss of earnings . If you want something urgently I recommend you go elsewhere. My bath has been stripped out since Friday waiting for my new shower.
