Had my uncle call them to see if Nigel had looked at it yet and the woman who answered the phone was blunt, rude and arrogant. Not what you expect when making a simple enquiry after 8 days of them having it! After ringing yet again, and again being subjected to 'the attitude' my uncle informed the lady that we are coming to pick the vehicle up today. Just went to pick it up, asked the lady for my key and to move Nigel's vehicle as he's blocked my car in. Spoke to me in a rude manner, actually said to me "if you ask nicely!" EXCUSE ME? I am not three years old and I asked nicely! I understand the garage is busy BUT would have appreciated better customer service. Now using Barber's Garage in Langworth-better customer service and understand people need their cars back soon!!
