We rang this dealership at short notice for a test drive (same day) and Oliver was kind enough to facilitate us within the hour. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and not overbearing which made us feel at ease on the test drive and going through the finance details. This was much appreciated after having been at MK Volkswagen that morning and not seeing a single smile or an offer of assistance when stood in the showroom! We have not yet purchased a car but the positive experience may have swayed us. Great stuff.

Came down last minute to test drive an MG4 with Oliver. He was fantastic! Not pushy, very informative, friendly and clearly knew his stuff. There was no pressure to make any decisions there and then, and is the best salesman myself or my partner have ever spoken to in a showroom. Definitely recommend.

Carful what they offer as a gap insurance, premia insurance is a scam company hassle to get a claim with, money throw in the bin. Don't take all they will offer you.

Delivery dates were being pulled out of thin air, sales executive was changed with no one bothering to tell me so my calls and emails were left unanswered, handover date was booked with no one bothering to tell me or even check if I was available, then lied to Santander about serious safety issues when trying to reject the car.

Shockingly bad. I recently went into the garage to purchase a car under the motorbility scheme. I am in contract so needed to pay a fee to motorbility of 250 to break the contract but only once I had found a suitable replacement vehicle. I liked the HS and spoke to a sales rep who was helpful. I had previously had not the best experience with MG but thought i would give them another chance as i liked the car. We talked about delivery lead times etc and i left saying i would now pay the money to motorbility and return in a couple of days to proceed with an order. I asked at the time about a Sat-nav but never got an answer so followed this up with an email. 2 days later i got a reply to my query and within that email was told that MG were not taking orders for the model of vehicle i wanted. I replied asking how long ago this stop on orders had been in place and over a week later I have had no reply. I contacted an alternate MG dealership who told me that the stop on orders had been issued at least 2 weeks prior to my enquiry. As a result I am now 250 out of pocket and have no new car on order. All because of the poor communication and subsequent lack of with the dealership. I would NOT trust, or rely on, any information from dealership and avoid it at all cost.
