Staff are pretty unpleasant for absolutely no reason.

Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful, would go elsewhere in the future even though this is a 5 min walk from my house!

I have used this post office on and off for several years and the staff used to be friendly and helpful. However the other week I tried to send an item roughly the size of a dvd which was a large letter, which had value over 50, but under 100. I was told the only option was to send special delivery and when I questioned this the woman I believe called Eva was quite abrupt and said there isn't any other option and forced me to write my address on the back of the parcel. On further research I believe that the item could have been sent for almost half the price via tracked 48 hour delivery with cover up to 100. I know that the post office earn money when they sell particular products but every other post office that I have been too have always been helpful in providing the best cost effective solutions which provides cover. Even when questioned I was told there wasn't any other option so feel misled by the person behind the counter. The good news is that Royal Mail have launched a new service to provide collection from home with a friendly service, let's hope this service becomes the way people send post in the future.
