The experience of having my eyes tested was ok, but the receptionists here make every visit somewhat uncomfortable. They are so rude and unhelpful and become indignant when asked for further assistance or details about your record. We always leave feeling weve inconvenienced them by existing.

My partner broke her glasses, so needed an emergency new pair ASAP. Not all opticians can do same-day lenses - fair enough - so we asked for her prescription to go to the same-day Bristol service. The receptionist made this far harder than it needed to be and refused to give her her own eye test results! When we visited another opticians to get the urgent glasses made, they thought Norville had behaved very strangely and unprofessionally...
