    Been doing business with them for a few years now. Very supportive staff, wide range of herbs and fast delivery. Great company to do business with.

    I have been ordering from this company for around 2 and a half years and haven't had a problem. Staff have been friendly, the products and prices have been good and delivery was around a week. However, since they have moved over to a 'new system' just before lockdown its all gone wrong. I am now into my third week of waiting for my order. I have phoned, to be told I will be contacted back with news, to then having to phone again. I am now waiting for another phone call with no real solid reason as to why it's taking so long. Ok so I'm not a massive company and I'm probably small fry to them but business should support other business and its the little guys that keep you afloat. I don't know if they have changed staff or if it really is the 'new system of items having to be picked?!' instead of just packed but it's not ideal when you have your own customers expectations to manage. Sadly, after this order (if I get it) I will be purchasing elsewhere. Its just too slow and confusing. Such a shame as they really were a good company to buy from.

    Took 3 weeks to order 1kg of dried flowers, which had apparently been sent last week, then after the 5th phone call to chase the order again Im told my card was declined? Just be honest and say you wrote down the card details incorrectly and tried to process the order after I was off the phone instead of doing it there and then. Id have been quicker walking to Iran and picking the flowers myself.
