Pauline was such a brilliant find when searching of a dressmaker. Together we designed a dress after throwing ideas around, and then with fittings, she made a beautiful dress for me for my sons wedding. Pauline is super great with her dressmaking skills. She also added coordinating detail to my wedding hat that I had purchased. Will certainly use her again and have recommended her to many people.. Pauline was fantastic. I went to her at short notice with only 12 weeks until my daughters wedding. She advised me on what style would suit me for my shape as I was extremely undecided. She was patient with me as I did change my mind on the sleeve design a few times and then she was the one who suggested the final sleeve. The dress was a perfect fit and I felt so comfortable in it all day. I received many compliments about the dress and how flattering it was. I would highly recommend Pauline and her advice. Pauline was fabulous from start to finish. She absolutely got what I was after and we soon had the dress design and fabric selected. The fittings all went very smoothly. I wore my dress to a family wedding and was inundated with compliments and requests as to where my dress was from. I was really delighted with what Pauline managed to achieve! I highly recommend Pauline. I bought some crushed velvet silver curtains for the bedroom but they ended up looking pink, not silver, when the sunlight hit the window. Pauline suggested I should buy some blackout material from John Lewis, which I did, and in just a couple of days she did a fantastic job sewing this between the curtains and the lining. The curtains now look wonderful and hang beautifully, all thanks to Pauline.
