        Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Dr Celia Pilmer who, as duty doctor last week, was incredibly professional, thorough, helpful and kind, in sorting something important out for me. Thank you, for all you do. An all round fantastic GP surgery.

        In regards to the pharmacy I have had a lot of experience now of any item I order being out of stock. Today was an urgent request but when I turned up they were out of stock- instead of getting the script signed for me to take to another pharmacy I was told the items would be in for Monday- so no use at all when urgent and needed today. It would be nice if there was some thought going into requests, it would save GP time as the dispenser then had to get the duty doctors signature and wait for that.

        I saw the nurse for my Asthma review on Tuesday and it was like a full MOT!! I had blood taken, as 1 test was left out when I was there 2 weeks ago. We talked through all my tablets, and Im on a lot! Blood pressure, height, weight and had to give a urine sample! She was super efficient and so friendly. Im So grateful for the catch-up and came out feeling happy and relieved.
