I called in last Saturday halfway around a 70 mile loop. I'd got a slow puncture on my tubeless setup. I'd plugged it, but still leaking. Within seconds of asking if he could help me out, the job he was working on was put aside and he repaired my tyre and got me going again. Stunning service and at a price I felt a little guilty about as I think about it now. Thank you so much for your help.

Great friendly service from Tristan today. I called in as I had mechanical issues while riding through Wotton. Despite his damaged thumb he stripped the wheel hub down, realised it was not repairable and was able to provide and fit a new wheel to get me back on the road. I would fully recommend K.O.M. Cycling.

Superb personalised service. My gears are now fixed after two other technicians failed even to spot the problem. The store is well stocked and anything that is not in stock can be ordered quickly. My bicycle is now more comfortable with raised handlebars and comfortable bar ends for alternative grip. I can't think of a reason to go anywhere else for parts and servicing.
