        My left crank arm sheared-off a few miles outside Wotton and about 30 miles from my destination. Being just before 5pm on a Saturday I didn't have high hopes and expected to have to call in for a rescue, but not only was LTD happy to help me, but in 15 minutes and despite this really requiring a replacement he had my bike in good enough condition to finish my ride!
