Echo Yoga Sussex

I recently had my first one-to-one sound bath with Josephine. She is truly an experienced practitioner who knew intuitively what I needed. I left the session feeling fully restored and rested. I am looking forward to many more sessions in the future. The perfect pick me up for everyone. So glad I have found Josephine.

Couldnt recommend her enough!! Josephine is so gentle and kind and also shares her knowledge and insights with the class that always feels so on point and what you needed to hear. Plus the aromatherapy and music is so good!

Josephine is simply fabulous! Her classes, retreats & sound baths are so welcoming and relaxing. She instantly puts you at ease and guides you into the most relaxed state. The retreat day I attended was the most wonderfully relaxing, calming and nourishing day. Josephine holds space so beautifully and is an amazing cook too- the retreat food was delicious.
