I used Warmview windows for the first time as they were recommended to me. I was surprised with the quality of the windows. Really good quality and fitted to a very high standard. Kevin and Steve did an amazing job which was challenging, as the old windows were aluminium and over 40 years old. I will definitely be using Warm Windows again. Service: Window installation

For fitting windows they are OK. However if you want any kind if service AFTER they have taken your money then don't bother. One of my new window handles broke within weeks of fitting, a guy came round and snapped the plastic locking mechanism then never replaced the handle despite my asking on several occasions. Since then another 4 handles have become stuck in locked position (so the windows dont open) and one of the internal locking mechanisms has broken inside the window frame. I contacted them via the website and was told that it was MY fault as I hadnt maintained the windows (I maintain the hinges and sliders annually, no idea how one is supposed to maintain the mechanism INSIDE the window frame or the plastic locking mechanism inside the handles as you cannot access either) After explaining this I was then told that they couldnt help as the company has changed hands (doesnt take a genius to work out that this is not true, this was from the same person that answered my email on THEIR OWN website)!
