        I phoned Mark 13/9/22 to enquire about his service, he came round 30 mins later to see the job and said windows would be cleaned 2 days later on 15th - nobody turned up. A few days later I left ansaphone message asking if job would be done & if so, when? - no response. Haven't heard from him since (I have waited 2 weeks before posting this Review to give him time to contact me if there's a problem but he hasn't)
