Stephen repaired a Laundry basket lid ( not the usual type of commission ! ) expertly and even added a handle which had also been missing. Great communication kept me informed throughout. Would recommend.

Very pleased with beautiful basket! Couldnt find the right sized basket anywhere to make the most use of my space. Found Sussex Willow Baskets online and discussed my requirements with Stephen who sent me further photographs by email of different styles. I provided my measurements & a rough sketch and Stephen did the rest. The basket was delivered safely, and well-packed, and fitted perfectly!

This is our second order from Stephen and once again he has done a perfect job and we are delighted. The bespoke service means that you can re purpose a space to be both useful and stylish. Our open shelves use to house our cd player etc and now is a lovely additional storage area for our kitchen diner. Stephen is very helpful, trustworthy and always responds quickly to messages. He is a great craftsman - really recommend him.
