        The best car buying experience we have ever had. Stuart is surely one of the hardest working and most diligent Sales Execs in the business, and just a really nice guy. Absolutely everything he and Caffyns VW Worthing did for us was 5 star and beyond. The thoughtful efforts they made - from the personalised pre-collection day messages to the dramatic unveiling of our new car from under covers in the showroom on handover day - let us know that they understood the significance of our purchase and that our custom was appreciated.         I cant offer high enough praise for the service I received from Caffyns. My Golf had to be repaired under warrantee whilst in for a service and MOT. Carrie kept me up to date at every stage, I made use of a nearly new loan car. Carrie was always very cheerful and a pleasure to deal with.
