The service is less than average (My experience over a year of using this surgery for my two dogs are that they are expensive, condescending and patronising)
They do not provide any updates/reminders about health checks or vaccinations.
If you get stung for an animal health certificate (200 per animal), make sure you get an EU passport while you are abroad. It costs between 20-40 and lasts for a year. (only useful if you plan to return within a year as you will need a rabies booster to maintain the passport)
