Clive sold a non ULEZ compliant 2016 van to my ULEZ based business and delivered it there without telling us anything. Clive said he thought we might not use our new van in London despite us being in London. He said he wasnt thinking about it when he left euro 5 off the ad. I do not believe that.

Charlie was great!!! I saw the van online and thought I would nip down there the same day to have a look. Allowed me to have a good look around the van with no rush or pressure! Decent length of test drive to make sure I liked it. I decided to buy the van for starting up my new plumbing business and every step of the way Charlie kept me updated of what was going on, was there to answer any questions and was a very smooth sale!! The forecourt is also clean and tidy. All paperwork given over is well organised and done 100% properly with no hassle at all. Overall very happy and will defiantly be going back when I'm after another van and will 100% recommend!

True gentleman of car dealers. Charlie's customer service was brilliant. We phoned about a BMW X5, he answered all our questions, we agreed a price and bought the car. Before he delivered it, it was washed, serviced and got a new mot. While this was happening, he was always in touch, which was very reassuring. To top it off he fitted a new PIRELLI tyre (which was not apart of our agreement) I think his words were and I quote..."Based on the money you have paid for the vehicle there's no way I can send it out with that on it so I'm going to change that for you and it's also going to be a Pirelli" When he delivered the car, he also mentioned he changed the batteries in both keys. The guy truly went above and beyond, which was much appreciated. Brilliant dealership.
